Ya this happens a lot with smart hub. Very common issue. Especially on tvs on the older evolution box the 2500. The 3500 resolves it. Also some turn off Samsung instant on and it resolves it. Or delete and reinstall the app.
You'll see a plethora of issues about it when you google it.
