One detail about the IR codes: The IR commands don't have to be made or supplied by Sony at all.
IR codes have to be in the Harmony remotes that make "the device" spit out the proper Sony Bluetooth commands when it receives one of those IR commands.
But Power? If a bluetooth command for Power did not exist before, it has to exist now (unless they've found some other way to turn power on and off). And the IR code for it has nothing to do with Sony; it'd just be whatever it takes to make "the device" emit the proper Bluetooth command.
(By the way, I call it "the device" because it's a bit cumbersome to call it what they call it at amazon, "PDP PlayStation 4 IR Receiver For Logitech Harmony Remote Control Devices by PDP." How about a model number, guys?)
The PS3 adaptor didn't have power. It had the PS3 button which was missing from the cheaper USB devices. You had to create a macro, PS3 held for two seconds,X,X. I haven't investigated but the PS4 no doubt has something similar, or maybe it will have power this time!
