Yesterday I did my first home expo show in about 7 years. Only a six hour show plus setup and tear down. Wow, was my back not having it! It wasn't so much moving a TV, small stand, receiver, small speakers and sub.... it was just standing in one place!!! Just killed on the back. Every half hour or so I would sit down and flip through the phone for a few minutes. Getting old sucks!
