You've described pretty much what I've been doing. I just find it odd that this is the second CC12 I've got with the same results.

Shorting the N/O, I get no LED activity. I tried three 12V DC power supplies that all test OK with my meter.

I would expect activity in the IR Confirm LED even if the remote code is incorrect - but have never used a CC12 so am not sure this is the case.

I've got a email in to Xantech, maybe it is the code group.
