Have you guys found any chair manufacturers that aren't squirrely?

Recently a client's interior desecrator found and ordered a half dozen chairs for the theater I put in. I needed some parts and called at least a half dozen times, and was unable to get anyone on the phone.

I finally drove to the company, only to find they operate under three different names, and nobody there knew how to get any parts at all except for the stockboy.

I have a couple more stories, the worst one happening to us when we were 8,000 miles from home, but you get the idea.

Is there someone out there who RELIABLY has this wine glass holder, or other accessories? Yes, it would have to be made to fit the chair, but if we can throw our support behind a company that's a real company, maybe that industry can improve!
