I am tired of reading threads on here from the latest "victim" that bought a remote and cannot get software calling dealers assholes because they will not give the software. URC tells the end user that it is up to the dealer. F that. Either give them the damned software or don't. That is YOUR responsibility, not ours. Every other company has a hard stance on it. I am tired of basically being called an asshole by people I do not know, have never met, and will never meet simply because I am a URC dealer. I don't give a rats ass if the end users get the software. If they want to fiddle around, its on them and are not and will never be my target clientele. But to tell them that they need to find ME to give them the software and that I then have to support them? BS.
