lippa, I find it hard to believe that a consumer system with a source, even a streaming source, and an A/V receiver, and speakers, cannot be set up without a delay problem.

Is it perhaps that we're trying to do too many things while the consumer manufacturers don't give us enough information or features to allow us to do all of those things? Surround in one room, same program in stereo in another room, audio from all of that fed to a Sonos somewhere else... like that?
