Using a USB cable that is. Didn't realize this until trying to do phone support for a customer. Customer owns RX-A750 which does support iPod via USB, my RX-A760 does not. Thought I would pass this on, in case some one else encounters this issue.

I should have mentioned that I got the customer's RX-A750 working after reading the owners manual to him over the phone. The point I was making was, that I could not duplicate the issue with my RX-A760, which is when I discovered Yamaha no longer supports USB cabled iPhone. Thanks for all the replies.
