They sound great, very flat response. But you need to be aware, they need a subwoofer with just about any configuration. There are very few setups that the main speakers can stand-alone and give you a "Full" sound. The frequency response you see listed is accurate but rolls-off sharply below the F3 point. Only the larger speakers (or the cheaper in-ceiling without back boxes) can play low enough to not really need a sub.
Just got testing out the new outdoor speakers (OD25). They sound awesome and can really jam but I was disappointed they also need a sub to fill them out. They lose a lot under 70Hz. This will be very different from the sound you are use to getting from Sonance and a lot of other outdoor speakers like this.
