I'm a huge fan of the Vanco series of cables. We specifically use the thinner ones and they rarely come loose. They don't have a locking mechanism but they aren't as loose as other brands once inserted, either.
They have a series of cables that are more secure- if I think someone will try to move equipment, I'll use the secure ones- it saves me from trouble calls at 8PM.
