Designing a few systems here. One job has 5 zones of video with 3 surround sound zone's (will be sony es2000's)

System will be JAP..

just curious how everyone designs systems. I normally would put all of my sources into the transmitters and then a receiver for each AVR and then HDbaseT out to the TV's

is this a best practice for this scenario?

for a job with 1 surround sound zone and 3 video locations I would use the loop out functions of the transmitters into the AVR and then just use HDbaseT out to the TV from AVR...

is all of this kosher? just wanted to make sure I havent been doing it wrong all of these years! :P
