Thanks for getting back to me. It turns out the camera I installed was one that was in the system earlier and replaced by another model. It had been programmed by the company that first put it in then changed. When I decided to use it in another location in the house I installed it and it came right up. Turns out the second video stream had been turned off in the cam.
