If I recall correctly, the MRF100 came in a kit with a remote (which I cannot remember the model number of). If this is the case, the base is not addressable and is set to ID0 permanently. It is NOT made to be used in a house with another URC remote, as ID0 will pickup signal from ALL channels. If this is the case, you will need to replace this base AND remote to successfully have two remotes working in your house.
