Like I said, we've been using RTI for a little over a year and haven't had one issue with hardware with the exception of a processor damaged from a lightning strike. Maybe they had issues before we haven't seen it.
We switched from TC.
What was your problem with TC? Nothing but simplicity and reliability on my end aside from the SNP-2....
