So we have a HG55NC69DEF in our office system that during a warranty call by a "Authorized" Samsung rep had HDMI port 1 and the RS-232 port destroyed. The display works fine...but the only discreet IR codes I have are for HDMI 1 & 2..Any chance anyone would have a discrete IR for 3 & 4 or one or the other? The driver I am currently using is the universal LCD/Plasma driver in the crestron database and it works fine except it cant get me to the inputs I need. Even DVI would be helpful.
