So we have a HG55NC69DEF in our office system that during a warranty call by a "Authorized" Samsung rep had HDMI port 1 and the RS-232 port destroyed. The display works fine...but the only discreet IR codes I have are for HDMI 1 & 2..Any chance anyone would have a discrete IR for 3 & 4 or one or the other? The driver I am currently using is the universal LCD/Plasma driver in the crestron database and it works fine except it cant get me to the inputs I need. Even DVI would be helpful. Thanks in advance. -Roger

Try these. Not sure if they'll work. HDMI 4 seems to be one people have issues with on some Samsung TVs.

I'll ask the dumb question since it has been awhile what is the best way to shove these into a crestron or amx format?

I ran into some Samsung IR HDMI codes when I was looking for something else (in thread above). I have not tested them but people have reported that they work on some sets.

In Crestron:
Open Toolbox
Select Device Learner
Input information for Screen
Add Remote buttons
Right click on each button and select "Enter Pronto .CFF Data Format"
Copy commands that Craig supplied onto each button
Save commands into your IR DB
Open Simpl
Options - Rebuild User IR Database
Go to configure screen
User Devices
New IR codes should be in User DB
You can't fix stupid
