The problem with the URC database is that way it is organized into arbitrary categories that haven't been updated to reflect modern devices and also the fact that they try to have every model number in existence for a given product even if the codes are duplicated 100x over.

I am a huge fan of the the ProControl database. Need codes for a Sony TV? Type "son" and it pops up with "Sony TV - All models". I have never had a code not work and I don't need to sort through 100+ different models to find one that works.

Using the "discrete" options in the URC database helps a little but when you need other commands you have to go hunting.
