Just to note, they have been sending emails out all week about their hours (at least to me). I know I have seen at least 2 emails this week about Snap's hours.

That said, I have also seen about a dozen emails from all the other reps/distributors too. All informing of their holiday hours.

Maybe they should all call you personally, and tell you their hours for the holidays. They wouldn't want you to miss all the other mass communications they send out.
