Everyone knows that just before Christmas is never busy for those of us in the CI industry. No customers ever want projects finished before Christmas, so who would ever need to call tech support on Dec 23. Everyone go home!
Oh, and they are closed Monday too!

My favorite supplier is open today, but closed on Monday. Note that UPS is not delivering Monday.

I can see why places are closed Monday. Since Christmas falls on a Sunday the company has to give you a day in-lue of the holiday (Canadian Labour law anyways). Makes sense that its the Monday.
If it makes you feel any better, here in Canada the 26th is also a holiday so we also get the Tuesday off.

I didnt notice a message telling me that when I called for other reasons this month. And like others said, Monday is the day most businesses are taking in observance. They serve a service industry that is under higher demand before Christmas.

Aparently though, they arent the only manufacturer that closed today. Ive tried two more, one needing an RMA and the other to follow up on an RMA, and they are closed too

But somehow you didn't see it, did you? I'm glad that never happens to me.

Just to note, they have been sending emails out all week about their hours (at least to me). I know I have seen at least 2 emails this week about Snap's hours.
That said, I have also seen about a dozen emails from all the other reps/distributors too. All informing of their holiday hours.
Maybe they should all call you personally, and tell you their hours for the holidays. They wouldn't want you to miss all the other mass communications they send out. :)

Jack is right (again). Let's all be a little more tolerant of each others foibles all year, not just during the holidays.
