So my client texted me that their wifi does not work. It went out after ADT left. I jumped on my cloud controller and sure enough, the access point is not online. I checked OVRC and i do have access, so network is ok.

So i told client i cannot come until Friday afternoon, I'm booked. A few minutes ago, she figured out what the ADT guy did. He used our wires, and removed our access point to install his smoke detector. The house now has no internet and no tv, being we have Total Control in the house, so wifi remotes are pretty useless now. I am beyond pissed that a "tech" would go into a house and remove equipment that is connected and powered on (the thing has a big blue ring of light on it, kinda hard to miss). This dude has NO business being in the industry.
