Randy, I wondered how some random new member knew all that stuff but I just kept reading. When you wrote "we don't sell," my thought was "so why is it important what this random installer sells?" That's when I checked your profile.

It would have been helpful for you to mention your ties to ADI so we could see your connection to this issue from the outset. Even now, all we know is that there's a reason for you to have an ADI email address, so maybe you're not the mail clerk.... What do you do at ADI that you know these things?
