Careful with host spam tools. A couple of years ago i got a few emails from clients stating that they were missing emails from their contact forms. Anhosting went through some upgrade when it got phased out and midphase switched spam blocking on for everyone. Anything through a contact form ended up in the spam folder at the host.

Unless you make a point to login and check mail online with the host you wont ever know those messages came or where they ended up. When you let a mail client or service like google handle spam you will at least be notified (daily with no extra effort) and know that the message exists.
