Ubiquiti is solid. Have done about a dozen installs with Cloud Key so far and not one issue. As far as Araknis, I have used their routers a few times, never tried a WAP. I love Ruckus & Ruckus Unleashed - works great.

I would rather break even on a network than make money and have to deal with issues all the time. Can't tell you how many customers I have come across that insist their particular control system that some outfit put in sucks, when in reality its the network they put in that creates the instability.
