Peronsally, we had nothing but issues with cloud services with ubiquiti. Used AWS. We've switch 100% to Araknis routers/wifi. Not aware of any issues. ALL our other issues went away: not being able to log into controller without redoing everything. Granted, that was mostly do to AWS services, constant pruning needed, AWS account hacked, etc.

All i know is any tech that has the passwords can work on it without issue. This was NEVER the case with Ubiquiti. Others swear by it and love it, Unifi. After getting rid of it, my life because much easier. The whole controller required for Unifi to me is just dumb.
