Hi Guys!
Thanks for all the input.. Also thanks for the info on our Emitter buddy.. From what I've heard he reminds me of a very good buddy who I usually call when I'm in a pinch with home automation/ custom AV installs.. He understands the proper terms / wording and everything about a product in and out and knows how to properly troubleshoot to determine the problem but fails to realize everyone isn't as bright as you.. These are the guys you want to keep as a installer and never see them leave the industry ..
** I'm going back to the job on Friday yea a Friday of course.. The customer is saying that she has narrowed the tv turning off to only happening when watching the (xfinity X-1 )live tv or pre- recorded. I've never experienced this!! The previous tv was a Samsung also. All I did was upgrade the tv .
