It's on a motorized lift that I installed and dressed. There are no stress points on cable, and everything is tied down with confortable bend radius, etc. so nothing SHOULD have happened to cable, but it's possible.
Sadly this is the first place to look, having said that. Check all products for an update and then disconnect the power cable from them all for 15 mins (any DirecTV update can cause issues).
