thanks for the files Lyndel, i finally got them! i duno how many more times i need to read the word doc before the information starts to sink in! I'm starting to wonder if it'd be easier if i offered someone with knowledge of this process some money over paypal to sort this out for me?? would $10 be a fare offering for someone to undertake the job?
