I see both sides of it. Mac is right in that in order to accomplish what they want to do, they really do need some form of distribution system. Casey is right in that there is not always a budget for it, especially in a bar or restaurant. Most are about as cheap of a client as you can get. The challenge for Casey is in finding the solution that provides a middle ground. Something that WILL work and fullfill their needs while staying within their budget. If he can't make it happen reliably where he is not losing money (or his company), then it is probably best to walk away from the project. If he can make it happen reliably within budget, than he will be a rockstar. Good luck, this one sounds challenging.
