That company has been bankrupt, sold, renamed, re-sold, etc... at least 1/2 dozen times in the last 9 years.
No parts and support remain for the original systems.

That said, I don't think the 24 port switch was anything special. Not even POE was needed, since the panels got their power from a separate power supply on dedicated wires.
Maybe a dealer that made the mistake of working with that system back then, can shine some more light on this. I know there were at least 2-3 guys on here, that have dealt with that system before.

Note: if you have a constant flashing port light, have you disconnected the cable to that port and see if it stops? May not be the switch.
