What is going on all.

I know this is a long shot with this system, but I am trying to help someone with this system that is installed in their house that they recently purchased.

The port switch is either dead or lost its configuration. Do any of you have a 24 port switch that is configured for this system that you would be willing to sell...or have any of you brought back a port switch from being in a state of the power light flickering yellow?

I need help understanding the configuration as well. I understand that after the replacement that it will need to be commissioned, is there specific software needed to do this or is it a simple plug it in and go?

This system doesn't have any automation things tied to it, just the 1200/6 audio server, xm/Sirius tuner, and that's it. They would like to keep the system if I can get it to work for them.
