Well.... I got an RMA to mail it back and swap it for another. Bummer for the client who will be without internet for a week and a half but better then no resolution. Luxul also reached out about this thread. Hopefully a new router corrects this issue. I sent what I could capture via the logs etc but the logs themselves would save blank most of the time. Another bug I guess. I just kept losing hardwired and wireless yet over the wan I could still vpn. Odd.
So ultimately no clue other then some glitch when I went to new firmware.
You're leaving a client without internet access (and presumably LAN) for a week and a half? You've got some big balls. Why not put a loaner unit in?
