There is insufficient information to produce Pronto hex. There is no indication of the frequency of the IR carrier. I wrote the original paper many years ago regarding what is Pronto Hex and how to understand it. That monograph has been loaded thousands of times converted to at least 5 languages I know of and rewritten numerous with and without attribution. It is located in the files section of this site under my name. Perhaps it would help some to read it.
