There is insufficient information to produce Pronto hex. There is no indication of the frequency of the IR carrier. I wrote the original paper many years ago regarding what is Pronto Hex and how to understand it. That monograph has been down loaded thousands of times, converted to at least 5 languages I know of, and rewritten numerous times with and without attribution. It is located in the files section of this site under my name. Perhaps it would help some to read it.
