There it is, in context. Looking at the crowd of people behind him they knew exactly what he alluded to. It wasn't subtle at all.

But the Second Amendment people... that will be a horrible day.

Why will it be a horrible day? Because the 2nd Amendment people will do... something? Because it wouldn't be a bad thing if the 2nd Amendment people did something at the ballot box. That would actually not be horrible. It would be a good thing.
