I imagine that with that many I will reach the POE switch limitation and need a power supply.

If your max speed is only 60 megabits and they are not doing massive transfers on the local network then 100 megabits is more than enough

Lock down the total number of runs you need and Ill see what switch would work best to power them all.

I edited the post and said it does indeed work with the rack. It looks funnyish but works. The other option is to grab the clamping shelf middle atlantic and others make and put em all next to each other and clamp on down.
