I'm glad you posted this shameless plug.
I'm looking at taking over a common network distributed to 30 buildings with some distances as long as 900'
in this case there is a commercial cable account that feeds a router into a network switch which feeds various other switches on the property distributing to each building.
These switches are in weatherproof outdoor boxes and die regularly.
My thought is to home run each building to the head end using a LRP-101U-KIT per run. I would have to come up with a neat way to rack these to look good but I like the option unless someone has a better idea.
I'm all ears.
