Blackwire- is that product over coaxial or UTP cables? I know the OP asked about Cat5, but I see coaxial all over the product information. Also is it or its power supply UL Listed?
There is an coax version but I will have to yell at someone since it looks like they just copied the info over from the coax version and didn't replace the info to show RJ11.
