The given UEI forms (all 3 of them) decode to the same (protocol = NEC1-rnc, device = 1, obc = 14), although with a repeat in the first case. So they are in a sense equivalent.
For the conversion, IrScrutinizer just hands the signals to the Java version of ExchangeIR, written by Graham Dixon (mathdon).
