Are these units installed within the last 4 months? Because if not the new generation MYQ BS cannot be controlled with a simple contact closure confirmed by lift master TS. Spent half a day and two ruined controllers before giving up and using the MYQ gateway and availible C4 driver
Yes, I replaced a broken 8300 with the new 8500 in February/March and tested tonight (May 25,2016) and worked without issue
