Definitely use zetarains and use the bagged stuff with the soak at the end. My family is from La. and it never ceases to amaze me here in Texas the number of people that boil the crawfish then try to put the seasoning on it after it is done. It does nothin for the taste and just ends up coating the shell and your hands. Then when the beer you are drinking kicks in and you forget to wash your hand BEFORE going to the bathroom, your powder coated hands end up burning hand prints into your man parts.
