What about taking the swithport and plugging it into an unmanaged switch, then putting in three JAP rx's. It would probably save you a lot a headaches, still gets you to a smaller switch. I would think the cost of the JAP Rx is about the cost of a similar quality HD-Base T extender. No issues with EDID, HDCP handshake, etc. I achieved this with a $19 Trend Net Gigabit switch that has been working for 2+ years.
