I wore casts for hand wrist arm bone breaks throughout highschool thanks to football. It sucked but the pain i have in both hands/wrists over the last few years is much worse. From the middle of my forearm to the tips of my fingers...pain and numbness 24/7. I need surgery but thoss racks wont wire themselves.
