Who the hell ever picked Samsung as their "go to" TV based on how good they were? :P

We have been selling Sony since they made TVs. Aside from a couple of turd models over the years (SXRD rear pro anyone?) they have been great. I think the same discrete codes that turned on my 1991 XBR CRT will turn on the newest XBR flat panel. Throw in reliable IP control, great CIS dealer support, and the latest 930D models are absolutely brilliant. I install a 55" and a 65" last week. Very impressed. I only wish they would put a plastic film on the screen to keep my greasy handprints off until I have it mounted. And they include a long enough power cord for the monstrous external brick of a power supply. Nice!

Hopefully I will never buy a Samsung anything ever again. I will also never recommend it to anyone I like a little.
