One of the reasons you became the leader in the television market is that the custom integration industry picked you as our go to TVs. We decided to use your TVs because we could count on CI friendly features, like discrete IR codes on all of your panels. And the codes were consistent from year to year. We didnt have to search through multiple code sets to find one that works. But for some reason youve decided to f**k the professionals that told consumers that your TVs were the best option on the market. Now not only have you flipped us off by removing discrete codes from more and more of your models, you have changed codes so that we cant even program a DirecTV remote to control your TVs. Youve even removed HDMI control from some models so we cant even try to use that headache to turn the panel on and off.

Screw you Samsung. Hopefully I have installed my last Samsung panel
