We just dealt with this last week with the newest iteration of the Contour system. In our area, even though the boxes do have the IR sensor, they have disabled it. We had to have Cox bring back the first gen Contour to use with Pro Control. Imagine there are executives pulling 7 figures that are making these decisions.
