Hi All,

A customer has this new Cox box. It's an Arris model AX013ANC, and on the front it says XG1-A. This is their new voice control system where you speak into the remote. Ugh.

Customer has a URC-880. I can't find any STB codes that will work with this thing.
Further, I tried learning codes from the factory remote...nothing. I don't think it's even IR.

I searched and some folks suggested it's Scientific Atlanta codes. I'll heave to go back and try.

Anyone seen this box yet? I'm in the San Diego area.
