We tested the araknis gear against tick, Ruckus and Meraki. At no point did araknis outperform or even match our other product selections.
Absolutely no reason I can see to use araknis IT, with the possible exception of small cheap switches.
It was a recommendation from my home automation person. What would you recommend as the best router on the market, in the under $600 range (little more if need be)? The Araknis has seemed to stabilize things a lot more across my network than the Mikrotik (RB2011UiAS-IN), but I'm still within the return policy time frame, so if there's a better option, I'd prefer to make the switch ASAP, especially where this thing doesn't seem to work with MoCA adapters (which still doesn't make sense to me).
