Does your NVR allow you to create multiple motion detection "windows" within the image area? If so, can you just "mask" out the trees and other areas where you will get lots of false alarms?
Yes I have done this but it still doesn't stop the shadows and leaves from triggering the camera, even with the sensitivity set to the lowest level.
