Wired a few homes built as EnergyStar rated and I know they earned credits and incentives. Looking at their website a lot of good info there.

Gotta say it though, when those houses were being trimmed before the HVAC systems were running, such an odd feeling to be in a house that was basically airtight. Oddly uncomfortable. Had to open every window and door.
