If you go with Crestron ask if their programmer is in house or if they use a CSP.
Checkout the company/CSP on Crestron's site and see what certifications they have.
If there is no Master Certified programmer DO NOT use that company or CSP for Crestron.
Doing this will avoid most of the bad programmer problems.
